Jay Simmons
Sales Representative - Western Regions of North and South Carolina

Jay started with Trim USA in 1994. Prior to joining the Trim USA sales team, Jay held sales and management positions in various capacities for several successful years. As the senior Trim USA Sales Representative, customers and fellow sales representatives often tap into Jay's experience to find solutions on products or techniques. Jay is an active committee member of SESA. When Jay is not serving his customers, he is actively involved with his church in Black Mountain, North Carolina, playing guitar, or spending time with his son, Ian.


Jim Fisher
Sales Representative - Eastern Regions of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia

Jim joined the Trim USA sales team in 2005. Prior to Trim USA, Jim developed and managed successful sales assignments in the greater Carolina's, which aids him in meeting his current customer needs. Jim is an active member of SESA. His favorite quote, "Knowledge is power," motivates him, whether he is at work or on the golf course. When not serving his customers, Jim enjoys his time spent with his wife and daughter.



Chuck Dicillo
Sales Representative - Ohio and Southern Michigan

Chuck joined the Trim USA sales team in 2001. Chuck brings to Trim USA 13 years of industry experience, with expertise in illuminated signs and components as well as digital printing materials and applications. He is a member of MSA and TASCA. When Chuck is not assisting customers, he is racing down the trails in his snowmobile.



Matt Fitzgerald
Sales Representative - Virginia

Matt joins Trim USA in 2011 following a successful career in the sign industry which includes a background in sales, marketing and business development management. With his product knowledge and experience in technical, consultative sales of coatings products, and digital and vinyl materials, Matt brings awareness and an understanding of the needs and requirements of our sign industry customers. Matt will continue Trim USA's long standing role and commitment to the industry through participation in VASA. While home, Matt also greatly enjoys time spent with his wife, four children, and two dogs.
