Rodney formed Trim USA, Inc. in 1978, serving customers primarily in North Carolina. Rodney's talent for identifying what is important to his customers is a driving force in the company's success. He strives to build on one of Trim USA's most precious assets - the employees that comprise the Trim USA team. Through his vision and passion for his business, Trim USA's product offering and geographic presence continues to expand in order to better serve their ever-growing loyal customer base. He is a member of ISA, IRgA, SESA, VASA, and USSC. During his free time Rodney enjoys hunting, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.


Chris Bowen
President / CEO

Chris started with Trim USA in 1983. Chris' background in chemistry enables him to understand the unique processes and opportunities of the pressure sensitive film industry. His "natural curiosity" aids in finding the best products and solutions for Trim USA customers. He orchestrates his life by the following quote - "Good, better, best. Never let it rest. 'Til your good is better, and your better is best." He is a member of ISA, IRgA, SESA, VASA, and USSC. Chris enjoys boating, diving, and snorkeling in his free time.


Lisa Holeman
General Manager

Lisa began with Trim USA in 1991. Lisa is the "go-to" girl for both Trim USA customers and employees. If something needs to be known, ask Lisa. If she doesn't know it, she'll find out! Lisa manages the day-to-day operations of Trim USA, constantly striving to meet and exceed customer expectations. In her spare time, Lisa takes pleasure in working on stain glass projects, reading, and watching NASCAR.


Jennifer Merritt
Controller

Jennifer started with Trim USA in 1990. She manages the complexities of the financial and accounting functions of Trim USA, Inc. When not "crunching numbers", Jennifer is spending quality time with her son, volunteering at various school functions, and walking outdoors.
